i love it. im a huge fan of memberships models, like you said they help build a community. the personal feeling of a community adds to the experience.
u should ask ur barber if he would be willing to do it as a test with just u and G.
i would do it myself but i give myself haircuts. been doing for the last 6 months or so. its a high stress game, but the only thing to lose is hair ;-) and it some cases when things go wrong: http://www.radparvar.com/factortracker/2007/10/... u gotta be ready to laugh it off...
