I have always liked the “create your own something” concept. Cold Stone Creamery does it for ice cream while Chipotle does it for burritos. The concept is simple, stock your store with tons of options and let the consumer create their own meal. There is no one to blame but

i would tthrough poprocks with almonds nugat and dark chocolate. definitely eaten warm with coffee icecream on the side :-)

This would be a great present for someone, i mean a box of chocolates is nice but boring. Personalise the chocolate bar with a name imprinted on it or the wrapper, even have different shapes and sizes of moulds for every occasion.
It would be very cool for inspiration cafe but i think it deserves to have its own door, like the Eisdealer in Hamburg (similar idea but with ice cream- www.eisdealer.de , unfortunately the website is downa at the mo).
