Great little article about the increase in greenhouses will lead to rapid growth of certain types of plants that flourish under these conditions, one of which is poision ivy, so get the goats ready!!

Goats are quite timid I've found. Mind you, I've only been around female ones, maybe that is key. They will definitely eat anything with no ill effects. Don't have your laundry hanging out to dry when they're in your back yard!
One of my favourite fantasies is to have bog backyard with some pygmy goats, and lots for them to climb.

Strange you should mentiion this goat renting out for poison ivy. If we knew of someone who did this we would go for it. We've thought as well as you that this would be a viable business then people would not have the care of the goat the rest of the year. Sounds like a Win Win situation. Does anyone have this business in NH?
