I once helped bartend at a similar event in South Beach, Miami. It was an open house for a new condo building with local artists and their work on display in each room in each unit, along with building developers and realtors on site. There was plenty of complimentary beer and wine flowing, music and hors d'oeuvres. Fun had by all and lots of art and real estate sold too.MoTue, 14 Aug 2007 22:25:54 -0000
